ALL RATES are for 1 or 2 persons and include full hook-up with water and sewer. There is a monthly flat rate for electric. Extra person is $3.50 each per day and limited to 2 weeks stay.
$100.00 Deposit will hold your 1 month or greater reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 31 days or more in advance of the reservation to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
